All sales are final and no cancellation once the order has already been processed or shipped out. If you need to update your information, please reach out within 24 hours or less after placing your order, and make sure to include your order number followed by the request in the subject line, for example:

MC123456 - Address Change
MC123456 - Mobile # Change

Please note we’re unable to combine separate orders or make product adjustments/swaps once an order has been placed. We also encourage customers to double-check that your shipping address is correct before checking out; Mitsa Co. is not liable for missing/lost/stolen packages due to incorrectly entered shipping information and we’re unable to request address changes with the courier once the package has been processed.
We ship throughout the Philippines.
For all regular orders will take at least 3-5 business days for processing + shipped every Saturday. In case there are major sales or during holidays, please allow additional processing time. You will receive an email confirmation from us once we have handed over your parcel to the courier.

Custom orders will take at least 15 business days for processing; depending on the quantity + shipped 2-3 business days. In case there are major sales or during holidays, please allow additional processing time.

Once picked up and processed by courier, standard shipping packages shipped around Metro Manila may take 1-3 business days to arrive, depending on location. Provincial areas may take longer.

Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we’d like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
An order’s tracking status may take 48 hours to update once a shipping label has been created. If you haven’t received any updates after 48 hours, please reach out to us at support@mitsa.com and we’ll be happy to help you look into it. We also recommend contacting the courier directly with any shipping related issues since they’ll have more information available.
We always make sure that packed items are in good condition and properly wrapped with our eco-packaging. Mitsa Co. won’t be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they’re delivered to you. This means that Mitsa Co. isn’t liable to provide a replacement of any shipments delivered to you. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and inform the courier immediately about it.
